At Tactik 360, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their virtual reality training tools. For this reason, we have implemented a return and refund policy.<\/h4>\n

For customized solutions, the terms regarding satisfaction, returns, or refunds are those set out in the contract signed between Tactik 360 and the client organization. <\/span>[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][vc_toggle title=”Return Period” css=””]For all other products, a return or refund may be requested within 60 days of the purchase date.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][vc_toggle title=”Software and Licenses” css=””]Software and licenses are eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, in accordance with the terms set out in this policy.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][vc_toggle title=”Equipment” css=””]Equipment may be returned or refunded provided it is in excellent working condition, undamaged, clean, and complete.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
