Can I install your application on my own headset?

Yes, if you have a Meta Quest 3 headset, you can purchase and install our applications on your device.

On which type of virtual reality headset do your applications work?

Currently, our core applications work only on the Meta Quest 3. For custom projects, we will evaluate the best headset to meet your needs.

Do I need multiple subscriptions for multiple headsets?

You will need one subscription per headset for Officer 360 and one purchase per headset for the other tools. If your needs are different, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to develop a strategy that fits your requirements. You can also install multiple tools on the same headset.

How do I perform the initial setup?

Once the headset is unboxed, simply install the Meta Horizon app on your smartphone or tablet and follow the steps. You can also view the detailed procedure at the following link:

Do I need internet to use your applications?

For individual use within the headset, no internet connection is required. However, you will need an internet connection for technical support, updates, or using our candidate assessment program. You will also need a connection to mirror the headset to another display.

Do I need a computer?

No, a computer is not necessary. However, you can use one to mirror the headset display.

What happens if I don’t renew my Officer 360 subscription?

You will have access to a limited number of scenarios. You will no longer have access to updates, new scenarios and features, or technical support. You can renew the subscription at any time.

Can I install all the tools on the same headset?

Yes, all tools can be used on the same headset.

How much does your training cost?

We don’t offer training directly. Instead, we provide tools that allow you to conduct internal training. You will be responsible for training your staff.

Can I customize scenarios?

Yes, we can customize scenarios or create custom tools, with development fees determined based on each request.

How can I project the image from my headset to another screen?

We invite you to watch the following video to learn how to mirror the image to your smartphone or another device. If you have a Google Chromecast, it’s also possible to connect the headset directly to it. Simply connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network. Your Chromecast will then appear in the “Cast” tab of your headset.
