Return and Refund Policy
At Tactik 360, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their virtual reality training tools. For this reason, we have implemented a return and refund policy.
Eligible Products
This policy applies to all products sold by Tactik 360, with the exception of custom-developed products.
For customized solutions, the terms regarding satisfaction, returns, or refunds are those set out in the contract signed between Tactik 360 and the client organization.
Return Period
For all other products, a return or refund may be requested within 60 days of the purchase date.
Software and Licenses
Software and licenses are eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, in accordance with the terms set out in this policy.
Equipment
Equipment may be returned or refunded provided it is in excellent working condition, undamaged, clean, and complete.
If the equipment shows any damage, wear, or cosmetic defects, an amount may be deducted from the refund based on the required repairs or the resulting loss in value.
Shipping Fees
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, even in the case of a return or refund.
